INFORMATION FOR ACCOMMODATION

Currently there are no places available for accommodation booking by the organization of the Workshop. For organize alternative arrangements by your own, please consult the list below (Hotel and Bed & Breakfast).

This year accommodation is available at Casa della Spiritualitą, Istituto Orsoline di Maria Immacolata and Villa Lante, all close to the Orto Botanico. These are hostels with very simple rooms, really convenient but not hotels and therefore with limited facilities and staffing. They close their doors before 23:00, so you must consider this when planning your arrival in Rome, as well as during your stay:

  • Casa di Spiritualitą: 38,00 € per person per night; rooms with shared facilities; breakfast included;
  • Istituto Orsoline di Maria Immacolata: 38,00 € per person per night; rooms with private facilities, no breakfast included;
  • Villa Lante: 40,00 € per person per night; rooms with private facilities, breakfast included.

Accommodation without time restrictions and with a hotel-like service is available and organized by the secretariat if requested by participants.Tha price to be defined according to number of reservations.

For women only, it will be possible to stay at the “Foresteria Orsa Maggiore - Casa delle Donne”, also close to the Orto Botanico, where there is dormitory accommodation with multiple occupancy (minimum 4, maximum 8) or double rooms, accordingly to availability, but there is no time restrictions. Breakfast is included. Prices depend on the accommodation type (about 26,00 - 40,00 €  per person per night).

Accommodation bookings and enquiries in Casa della Spiritualitą, Istituto Orsoline di Maria Immacolata, Villa Lante, Istituto Santa Francesca Romana and “Foresteria Orsa Maggiore - Casa delle Donne” will all be handled by the EVS Italia Secretariat, once you have indicated your requirements in the online Accommodation form.

Only few persons can be hosted in these affiliated hostels at a convenient price, so it will be valid the principle “first come first served”.

The modality for payment and the total amount due will be given with personal message after registration.

YOUTH HOSTEL

For young students, accomodations are available at Youth Hostel "Ostello della Gioventł". Address: Viale delle Olimpiadi n. 61 - http://www.ostellodiroma.it/, 30 minutes by bus from Orto Botanico. Prices are different for members of the "International Youth Hostel Federation"or others. Special prices are applied to groups.
