REGISTRATION
The registration must be done online using the form available on the webpage workshop-registration.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, the conditions of payment will be available on the webpage workshop-fees.
The deadline is February 20 2011.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
We invite you to submit an abstract for oral presentation or poster. Abstract submission is possible only for registered participants. The abstract must be submitted before January 31 2011, using the form available on the webpage workshop abstract-submission.
Abstracts will be put online at

www.evsitalia.eu from February 2011.
ACCOMMODATION
Deadline for reservations is January 31 2011.
Only 124 persons can be hosted at convenient rate in the hostels that we contacted, so it will be valid the principle “first come first served”.
The accommodation reservation must be done online using the form available on the webpage Registration & Accomodation.
