WORKSHOP & EXCURSION FEES

 

PARTICIPANTS:

The registration fee for each participant is 125,00 €, which covers:

  • lunches and coffee-breaks on 6, 7 and 9 April;
  • workshop pack with programme.

 

STUDENTS:

The registration fee for students (M.Sc., Ph.D. students) is 75,00 €, which covers:

  • lunches and coffee-breaks on 6, 7 and 9 April;
  • workshop pack with programme.

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON:

The registration fee for accompanying persons is 50,00 €, which covers:

  • lunches and coffee-breaks, during the Workshop, on 6, 7 and 9 April.

 

MID-WORKSHOP FIELD EXCURSION:

The additional fee for the mid Workshop excursion on April 8 is 45,00 €, which covers:

  • lunch;
  • transport from/to Orto Botanico.

 

POST-WORKSHOP FIELD EXCURSION:

The fee for participants and accompanying persons on the optional Post-Workshop field excursion is about 325,00 € (all included) per person. The final fee depends on the number of participants. This fee does not include any accommodation in Rome between the Workshop and the Excursion so please consider the cost of additional nights spent in Rome the days before and/or after the excursion. More details of the itinerary will be given later.

The full payment by bank transfer of the total corresponding fees (Registration + Accommodation + Excursions) is strongly recommended.

On-site subscription during the workshop will be possible exceptionally only for EVS Workshop and Mid-Workshop field excursion fees. In this case you should pay cash at the registration desk. Only the exact amount in Euro will be accepted (no credit cards, or any other foreign currencies can be accepted).

 

INVOICES

If you need an invoice, this can be mailed to you or you can get your own invoice copy at the Desk Registration of the Workshop.
